Nesto is designed for a restful night’s sleep in a hammock during cooler weather. It’s warm on top, but cold from below. A traditional sleeping bag loses its loft—and thus its insulating ability—under the weight of the body. Nesto provides insulation from below.
It is a down underquilt—a blanket suspended beneath the hammock—which, thanks to elastic cords, fits snugly against the bottom and creates an insulating layer without compressing the down. The result is consistent thermal comfort even in conditions where a sleeping bag alone would not suffice.
