I rode a 50 km scooter ride in these gloves in harsh winter conditions. Of course, as has been the custom in recent years, there was no snow. Just raw holomfrost. It was still good during the day, but the trip got longer and it got pretty cold towards the evening. It wasn't completely hot on my gloved hands, but it was bearable. Thin fingers wouldn't have been enough and thick mittens wouldn't have provided a firm grip on the handlebars as well as supple braking. The gloves fulfilled everything I needed. A little advice in closing. Don't wear thin finger gloves under three finger or mittens that aren't loose enough. You'll prevent circulation and you'll be colder in two layers than one.
